J. Morris Sheriff is a highly experienced software developer and accomplished business administrator with more than a decade of expertise in both public and private sector institutions in Liberia. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Multipurpose Solutions Inc. (PMS Inc.), where he is also the primary architect and lead developer of the Integrated Enterprise Resources Planning (IERP) System.
Morris possesses a unique blend of institutional knowledge and technical proficiency in software systems programming, complemented by an impressive capacity for community engagement. His career includes significant contributions to Liberia’s Forestry Development Authority as a System and Data Analyst. In this role, he not only analyzed systems but also took on the responsibilities of Training Coordinator, which provided him with the opportunity to oversee comprehensive training initiatives. Under his leadership, he successfully trained over 100 staff members and clients in the utilization of digital systems, enhancing their capabilities in data management and operational efficiency.
