
Title: IT Project Support Assistant / Sales & Marketing Officer
Job Description
The Project Assistant shall oversee the daily operations of PMS Inc.’s various projects by assisting with the company’s technical and administrative affairs. They shall also be responsible for ensuring the strategic implementation of project activities in collaboration with leaders and team members across different departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise current and upcoming IT and business consulting projects
• Plan and manage schedules for staff and project activities
• Prepare quarterly project performance reports and ensure all client accounts payable align with contractual payment plans
• Manage project deadlines and work with team members to deliver excellent service
• Promote effective communication throughout the company
• Prepare reports and perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Training:
• Lead technical training and mentorship for clients and junior staff
• Assist in process improvement and systems management initiatives

Education:
