PMS Inc. and Censil University Partner to Launch Liberia’s Most Advanced School Management System
Monrovia, Liberia – Professional Multipurpose Solution Incorporated (PMS Inc.), a leading Liberian software company, is excited to announce a new partnership with Censil University to create and launch an all-in-one digital system that will manage key university activities. This partnership will help improve how Censil University runs its daily operations and supports students and staff.
The new platform, called the Censil University Integrated School Management System (CU-ISMS), will make it easier to manage important tasks like student admissions, registration, attendance, grades, staff records, fees, and reports. Everything will be in one easy-to-use and secure online system.
At the official signing event, PMS Inc. was represented by its founder and CEO, Mr. Morris Sheriff. Also present were Prof. Edwin P. Kalama, President of Censil University; Mr. Boakai Sheriff of PMS; and others.
“This partnership is an exciting moment for both PMS Inc. and Censil University,” said Mr. Morris Sheriff. “We’re building a system that will help make the university run more smoothly and efficiently. It shows what can happen when we use technology to solve real problems.”
The development of the CU-ISMS will take 12 weeks and will follow five main steps: planning and development, testing and setup, training key university staff, training general users, and launching the system. PMS Inc. will work closely with the university throughout the project to make sure the system meets their specific needs.
With this project, PMS Inc. hopes to help set a new example for how technology can improve education in Liberia and the wider West African region. The company is committed to helping schools and universities grow by using simple and powerful digital tools.
